Great cameras, app now kind of useless.

Since iOS7 compatible upgrade this app doesnt remember assigned cameras - making it take a long time to check cameras when my alarm company calls.

Unstable on my IPad

I find the platform unstable on my IPAD. The system always searching for the camera. My IP are all correct. It so frustrating.

Frustrating

Cameras are great quality but app consistently has issues connecting to sites. Usernames and passwords are automatically deleted meaning you have to re-enter. Spend too much time just to connect to make this app efficient use of time.

Doesnt open all cameras. The last version works correctly.

Looks great so far! This will definitely secure avigilons top spot in my mind.

5 Stars For The Effort

Been waiting for an Avigilon IPhone app forever. Now we just need the system software update to be able to use it. I also hear that while this app is free, getting it to work will have a hefty cost per ACC server.

Avigilon Control Center App

This app has the quality of their cameras and client software…EXCELLENT. If you like the same functionality Apple provides on your computer and iPad or iPhone, this app is for you. You can arrange the cameras on your screen the way youd like to see them. If one screen isnt enough, you can use more screens. Even the video rotates when you rotate your screen from portrait to landscape! Its just a very useful and user-friendly app. Id recommend it to anyone.

Cameras No longer showing up after recent update

Other than this recent issue with the recent update, ACC Mobile does in fact deserve 5 - 5 Star Rating. Ever since Ive updated the ACC Mobile application, April 30, 2014, it no longer functions correctly. When I open up the application, none of my cameras come up at all, it just continuously displays the refresh symbol rather than load up like it used too before I updated ACC Mobile to its newest version. It used to load up every one of my cameras almost immediately before the recent ACC Mobile application update. I am using Apple iPhone 5c running iOS 7.1.1

Do NOT upgrade!

Just got the new upgrade for the app and now I cant see any of my cameras! The "gateway" is still there but now it can no longer connect. Old version of the app worked great. Dont upgrade!

Broken

After this update I cannot connect to any remote gateways. Old version functions fine on devices that are not updated yet. Please resolve this.

Terrible update

Was working fine until latest update. Now wont connect to gateway. DO NOT UPGRADE. Lesson learned the hard way.

No longer works

Worked great before the May 1, 2014 Apple upgrade. Now it no longer works.

Good stuff! (If you read the details)

Admittedly, I too struggled for about a minute with this updated version... Because I didnt pay attention to the details, at first. Then, I updated my router to forward the HTTPS port (default is 443) to my gateway servers and its works perfectly! I love how now it is integrated with Active Directory and I can access saved views right from the app! This is awesome sauce!

Do not Upgrade!!!! Useless now!!!

Before my upgrade I couldnt have been more pleased. But now I cant save my cameras, and sometimes I can see them, but they wont load. This app is a joke that just aint funny. Fix it please!!!!!!

Not a bad app

Poor documentation and support. To use this app we needed to install the latest updates onto the server. After much going round and round with our local install company, they finally mention that in order to view on a Mac we needed to update the server. Also the only mention of the new server version is if you want to use the saved views. You will need to update the server before this app will work. Once that is done, app works very well.

Connections unstable, must reinstall app over and over to fix

This app is glitchy and very unstable. Gateways connect fine upon launching the app, but invariably disconnect after 5 to 15 minutes and then no amount of tinkering will re-establish connectivity short of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Even deleting the Gateway and reconfiguring the settings fails to fix it.
